I start off easy on you and then I progressively add on to your daily workouts with one rest day a week. Each day builds on itself by repeating all daily booty blast exercises you've learned PLUS every week the workouts and exercises get more and more challenging to create those killer results in just 21 days and under 15 minutes a day.
