How to get people to like healthy smoothies!

So how do I get people to love healthy smoothies as much as I do?  It's actually quite simple...

 

Make the smoothies tastes like CAKE!  

Black Forest Cake to be exact.  🍒🍫

   

Imagine if you will... waking up, making a cup of coffee and blending up your morning smoothie that tastes like a decadent desert every day?  Yep, that would make me pop out of bed but there are so much more benefits to smoothies than just the milkshake for breakfast appeal. 

And honestly, that milkshake appeal can often lead us to create a sugar laden insulin spike in a glass rather than the healthy cup of goodness we intended to make BUT NOT THIS RECIPE!  It's the perfect balance of fiber, fat & protein that will keep your blood sugar regulated and your taste buds happy!

 


 

Before I share the recipe that will turn all haters into smoothie lovers,

let's talk about why I love smoothies so much!

 Smoothies are goodness-packed, filling drinks that can easily be enjoyed on the go. And convenience aside, there’s actually tons of reasons why smoothies can make a great addition to your daily diet when consumed in moderation.

I could talk about the energy you'll gain, how you'll feel fuller longer, less bloated and the added benefit of weight loss when you add in a morning smoothie all day long, but I'd rather have you actually TRY IT first and see the difference you look and feel!
